How to Archive Shipments

Archiving allows shippers to remove completed shipments from their active view, keeping the interface clean and focused on current work.

1 When You Can Archive

A shipment can only be archived after both of the following conditions are met:

Shipment Delivered

The shipment must have been successfully delivered and marked as complete.

Driver Rated

You must have submitted a rating for the driver before the archive option becomes available.

2 How to Archive — Step by Step

1

Go to your shipments list

Open the app and navigate to your shipments.

2

Find the completed shipment

Locate the shipment you want to archive — it will show a "Delivered" status.

3

Ensure you have rated the driver

If you haven't rated the driver yet, you'll be prompted to do so before archiving becomes available.

4

Tap the archive option

Select the archive action on the shipment to remove it from your active list.

5

Shipment archived

The shipment is removed from your active shipments view.

3 What Happens After Archiving

  • The shipment is removed from the UI and no longer appears in your active shipments list.
  • Archived shipments are periodically cleaned up by the system automatically.
  • Payment and transaction records associated with the shipment are retained for tax and legal compliance regardless of archiving.

4 Important Notes

Archiving cannot be undone. Once a shipment is archived, it cannot be restored to your active view.

  • Archiving is available to shippers only, but it also removes the shipment from the driver's view.
  • Ratings and reviews remain on the platform after archiving.
